Due to an unforeseen issue with the ESRI license server update, the ArcGIS Desktop license manager is currently experiencing issues.
We have worked with ESRI and attempted two of their fixes. Neither have worked and we used up all of our available licenses. Unfortunately, since it is a holiday, it has been difficult to get immediate support.
Our server team has come up with a temporary solution until we can come up with a permanent fix. You will need to switch the license manager from oit202lic.oit.ncsu.edu to oit212lic.oit.ncsu.edu.
