If you get the error message below:
“We can’t verify your subscription status.
We can’t reach the Adobe servers.
It is an Adobe issue with their servers and there is absolutely nothing that Software Licensing Management can do. Your only recourse is to wait and try logging in later.
If the problem persists after their maintenance period is scheduled to end or if the majority of campus is affected, we will put in a ticket but there is no guarantee that the situation will be resolved any quicker.
